Biography
Mr. Candano is a member of NCPC Quick Response Team, a front liner pool of experts responding to local and national crop protection issues and problems. His involvement in various research endeavors both basic and applied, led to significant findings that benefited not only the science community but also various stakeholders. He is one of the unit’s go to person for data analysis and management and one of those sent to areas with pest problem to conduct survey and offer technical assistance.
